The Product Lead will be aligned with the Product Manager in the execution of the product vision and roadmap, and how it translates into user stories.This Product Lead role will execute the strategy aligned with transforming an end user compute environment into a modern environment leveraging some of the most state of the art modern cloud management, hardware, software, and virtualization technologies available.Job Responsibilities1. Leads or assists in leading the Product Vision and execution of the roadmap for a modern end user desktop compute product portfolio.2. Leads the Agile product development process by leading and facilitating the Agile Development cycle for Backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint demo and Sprint Retro sessions.3. May assist in refinement, and creation of documents requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria for prioritized feature development4. Serve as the day-to-day contact for the team on clarification of requirements5. May assist with system design in partnership with Engineering teams ensuring the design meets the business needs and user experience and aligns to the overall product vision6. Works collaboratively with the product manager on priorities and day to day execution7. Support the product managers in collaborating with cross functional teams and leadership, to ensure team strategy aligns with overall product vision8. Facilitates meetings with Business, Design, Dev Team, and other events as needed9. Supports product testing activities prior to release, assuring we built what aligns to agreed features and capabilities10. Responsible for setting, gathering, and tracking product performance metrics11. Collaborate with business stakeholders and tech organization on innovative technology initiatives that create business value either through growth opportunities or operational improvementsPreferred Qualifications1. Familiarity with desktop computer technologies including Windows 10, Citrix VDI, and Modern Azure workstation management applications such as Intune.2. Familiar with design thinking3. Experience with building and releasing Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and managing on-time releases4. Must be ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships5.
