This includes protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe, and helping find cures for cancer.The Corporate Accounts Sales Enablement Manager will help define, lead, and implement the Corporate Accounts Salesforce strategy to elevate platform utilization and drive impact to be commensurate with our team’s ambition with initial focused on delivering our Enterprise Strategic Account plans strategy to include having a clear project plan and accountability for execution, training, and adoption. This role will report directly to our Sr. Director of Sales Operations & Customer Excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for business and commercial orientation with a passion to understand, develop, improve, and streamline sales data and processes to better guide teams in setting and driving strategies.What will you do?

Lead the Strategy Development of Corporate Account Salesforce instance.

Develop a conversion and implementation strategy to integrate Partnership Account Plans into SFDC

Collaborate with Corporate Account leaders, IT and divisional partners to build robust SFDC strategic roadmap focused on enhanced collaboration, data insight integration, standard work enablement.

Serve as product owner for all development and enhancement plans.

Develop, manage, and enforce master data management strategy and governance.

Continually evaluate and make recommendations on new SFDC-related technologies to support commercial priorities.

Drive Commercial Enablement through adoption and optimization of Salesforce platform.

Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide useful insights for team, with initial priority focus on the Global Biotech Segment team.

Work with divisions to benchmark, share best practices, and potential for integrated alignment.

Establish dynamic feedback process with team to ensure strong bank of improvement suggestions.

Implement maintenance of business enhancements.

Establish and document user and system requirements, processes, and standard procedures.

Establish and share best practices to support adoption and impact.

Provide on-going Training & Support to ensure maximum impact for our Commercial Team and Leaders

Develop and deliver relevant, impactful training.

Provide day-to-day end user support of SFDC application to all levels of the organization.

Leverage dashboards to evaluate training impact and adoption.

Provide updates to Operations, Segment Leadership as a mechanism for continual improvement.

How will you get here?

Bachelor’s degree

5 years of experience or more designing, and improving sales automation tools.

Extensively used and managed salesforce.com

Proven ability to assess technology needs, design, and roll out to a large user group with high engagement.

Experience with training on new technology.

Experience integrating technology solution with SFDC a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Strong commercial orientation with a passion to understand, develop, improve, and streamline sales tools to better guide sales teams in setting selling strategies.

Strong leadership skills, experience with organization change management is strongly desired.

Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record to manage complex projects.

Effective at generating enthusiasm and action around and idea or solution to gain support and adoption of new capabilities.

Ability to implement new technologies that support customer success, commercial productivity, and revenue generation.

Intellectually curious with a passion for results, skilled at asking questions for a deeper understanding.

Adept at challenging the status quo to identify organizational needs, investigate, and implement new technologies or processes to support commercial ambition.

Must be able to analyze and interpret data elements and make recommendations for change/improvement.

A great teammate with a bias for action and driving projects to fruition.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including VPs, directors, managers, subject matter experts and end-users.

Technical experience in the following areas is required:

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Basic proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, preferred

Ability to travel up to 25%
