Here is what I need Line Cooks and Dishwashers.
Willing to work 5 days a week
Ability to follow directions including reading recipes
Multi task which includes working station and prep
Some what open availability
Sounds simple!
Do not apply expecting $20 an hour if you do not know the difference between Shrimp and Scallops or Romaine and Collard Greens!
Do not apply if you think because you have a degree with no experience you will get top dollar when you haven't been in a busy kitchen on a Saturday night!
Do not apply if your last job paid you $18 and you haven't proven you can cook here for at least a month, I don't owe you anything!
Do not apply if you want cash only!
Lastly do not apply if you don't work well other, lazy or looking for a quick paycheck to get high!
All I need is hard working kitchen staff to work well with others. I am very flexible with scheduling and very easy to work with and for. I am far from a "dick" but I demand respect.
