Team Lead Position
Pay rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm
Job Requirements:
Experience in Logistics / 3PL / Operations
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience handling Purchase Orders (POs)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong email communication skills
Fluency in English is required
Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory
Shift Information:
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift assignments are based on Omlog’s operational needs and may change as required.
Both shift times are discussed during interviews.
Workplace Guidelines:
No cell phones, electronics, or smart watches are permitted during working hours.
Employees receive a one-hour lunch break, scheduled at either 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM.

Role Development:
Reiterate that success in this position requires learning “the logistics of logistics.” Every employee must first gain hands-on experience in operations—including picking, packing, inbound, and outbound processes—before moving into leadership or customer service roles. Understanding the physical workflow is essential before transitioning to the administrative and computer-based aspects of the job.
