We are seeking to hire and EXPERIENCED leasing agent for our fast paced apartment leasing office. The leasing agent will be responsible for scheduling and showing apartments to prospects in addition to a variety of other administrative duties. This candidate must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Word/Excel and Yardi Property Management software). Leasing experience a must. Other requirements include:
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Professional image and outstanding customer service skills
Availability Monday Friday 9AM-5PM (Some Sundays required)
