Owner of a successful "Real Estate Investment Firm" in Manhattan NY, looking for an apprentice/trainee in Lehigh Valley, PA. We are looking to expand and start a marketing campaign into the Lehigh Valley area. Would like to find someone that has an interest in learning this business and would be our "boots on the ground" representative in Eastern PA. Eventually (after training) this person would conduct our property visits, take pictures, conduct basic property inspections, meet with our sellers and buyers and attend closings in Lehigh Valley. This is NOT a salary position and not for someone that is looking for a job, this is for someone that is looking for knowledge, training and experience so they can eventually build a business. We anticipate it will be several months before our marketing efforts have us getting overly busy in Lehigh Valley, so we would like to start training someone as soon as possible. Our trainee will be given access to a renowned, nationally leading, online training curriculum that costs 7K to enroll in, we will provide access free of charge to our trainee. A generous percentage of any closing profits will be paid on each property we close on in Lehigh Valley. Trainee must reside in either Easton, Bethlehem or Allentown, as their address will be used for online marketing as our Lehigh Valley Office. Prefer a younger (college student, recent grad) motivated, dependable person that is hungry to learn this business and can see the potential to earn a substantial income in the future. Knowledge is priceless, we will provide that to you. Real Estate Agents are welcome provided there is no conflict of interest.
