Park Manager:
General:
Hours- 10-20 per week (more if needed)
Salary- $20.00 an hour
Bonus for new Residents- $1,000.00!
Qualifications:
Applicant must have previous property management experience
Manager of Manufactured Home Community a plus
Knowledgeable about general maintenance
Experienced in leasing and sales
Job Description:
ensure that the Park looks pristine all the time
ensure that all work orders get executed and closed out
keep an eye on all vendors working in the park
build relations with the current owners and tenants
show and sell/lease homes and sites to prospective clients
fill out properly any mortgage applications
make sure that signs and banners in the park look great
make sure grounds are immaculate
think out of the box
help with sales and marketing campaigns
