Role: Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.Experience:- Ideally have minimum of 3 - 5 years experience working in a PC Support environment- Detailed knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Internet, VPN, etc.- Self Starter with ability to work independently and take ownership of a process.Qualified candidates forward MS word resume, advise required hourly rate (on corp/corp or 1099 basis) and availability details.
