Operate band saw to cut raw material to required dimensions per production orderDeliver cut material to designated machines.Debur all holes and internal cavities in manifold blocks utilizing properly sized air tools with:Grinding StonesDrillsCartridge Sand Paper RollsBore polishersScotch Brite PadsBlow out chips and dirt in all port holes and bolt holes.100% visually check all holes with proper light, making sure all intersecting holes are burr free.Mark all holes with markers to indicate that they are clean.Stamp personal identification on all blocks deburred in your stationCheck finishes (surface and internal) for any defects/marring.Buff manifold blocks ready to clean with sander for finish.Operate industrial washers and dip tank to ensure cleanliness of products produced.Maintain a clean work area with daily cleaning activities.Overtime in this position will be required, sometimes with little advanced notice.Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned by Team Leader and Group Leader.Hours worked 5am-5pm Monday-ThursdayThis position's wage is $20 per hour.
