Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1 and 2 issue resolution, escalation, and reporting of hardware and software incidents.
  • Perform security access requests.
  • Assists network/system administrators in support of servers, network and other devices.
  • Participate in IT projects.
  • Provide desktop support for both Windows and MAC platforms.

Required
  • 2+ years’ IT Help desk experience supporting end users and IT systems.

Preferred
  • Mac support experience.
  • 0365 support.
  • InTune portal experience.
  • MDM (mobile device management).
  • Experience with ticketing software (Remedy, ServiceNow, TrackIt, etc.).
