Requirements:- 3+ yrs IT Service Management system experience (e.g. Remedy, ServiceNow, Micro Focus Service Manager, etc.)
- Must have in-depth understanding of how ITSM platforms operate
- ITIL training and knowledge required
- ITIL cert= PLUS!
- Data visualization and reporting in Tableau= PLUS!
