#INDIST#LI-NAMJob Description:SAFe - Scrum MasterResponsibilities- Train and coach the team on scrum process as needed- Work closely with product management to define product backlog- Work with stakeholders to remove all impediments for the agile team- Keep team on track and productive- Monitor the development progress- Help ensure effective completion of prioritized backlog and support Product Owner in backlog management.- Strive to achieve a referenceable result from each assignment.- Clearly define and articulate project risk items to client in a way that the risks are understood.- Work with testing resources to help ensure full coverage testing needs: including configuration, development and methodology to project standards.- Promote teamwork and culture of accountability.- Provide project and/or product deliverables including kickoff presentations, project plans, status. reports, budget burn reports, and deployment plans.- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning, Demos, Retrospectives and Daily Scrums) and help teams adhere to defined goals of each event.- Prepare and report progress metrics and performance to leadership and stakeholders.- Remove or mitigate impediments to team progress.- Work with RTE to help coordinate delivery across multiple teams (e.g. participate in Scrum of Scrums and assist with PI Planning)- Participate in all SAFe events, e.g. Program Increment Planning, Inspect and Adapt, etc.- Facilitate team and/or program alignment with SAFe framework- Ensure requirements cover the scope as defined in the SOW. Identify deviations from the SOW and communicate to project leadership in support of the change control process.Qualifications:2+ SAFe Scrum Master experience5+ years overall Scrum Master experience2+ Experience with projects involving enterprise-wide application suites and multiple business functions.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceRequired certification: CSM, PSM or SSMAdditional Preferred certification: SSM or SP, PMPOptional certification: RTE, CSPO, PSPO, POPMThe Company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit and business needs.
