A consulting company in the Philadelphia area is looking for a Junior Network Analyst to join their team. They are looking for someone who has a solid troubleshooting and IT support background and is looking to break into the Network Infrastructure space. This is a role meant for career growth and while you will be doing a lot of support, there's a direct promotion line to the Network Engineering Team. They also encourage trainings and certifications. You will be the escalated point of support for all network troubleshooting issues and responsible for the day to day operations of customer's networks. You will be working primarily with Cisco products including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless. You will be working consistently with ticketing systems and ensure customer satisfaction.
