- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred 3-5 years Service Desk and/or Desktop support experience required Experienced with Microsoft productsAzure AD, 365, Teams, SharePoint, Windows 10 Well-rounded technical skills in all key areas of end-user computing: hardware, software, networking, security Outstanding problem-solving abilities ServiceNow experience preferred
