Job Description
Kronos (UKG) Project Manager Contract to Hire 95 105k/year, $45 - $55/hour Remote Our client, who specializes in operational improvement, and productivity enhancement, is looking to bring on qualified and motivated engineers to help with the continual growth of the company. They are expanding in retail, manufacturing, and distribution, markets they have a foot hold in. This is turn is providing multiple new projects and requiring new training and new marketing. This growth will continue and double the company size, and they need help to be sure the growth is sustained. Required Skills:- Must have strong experience with Kronos Advanced Scheduler
- Implementing the Kronos platform into new or upcoming projects
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong experience with Workforce Dimensions
- Experience working with Workforce Central
- Strong knowledge or experience with Timekeeping, Attendance, and Accruals solutions.
- Strong background with UKG/Kronos Workforce Management Systems
- Experience with Forecasting, Budgeting Advance Scheduling
- Strong functional experience with all MS Office Products
- Ability to present well for internal and external staff and clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong experience with Project Management tools/methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of one or several of the following: Ceridian Dayforce, Quinyx , (Reflexis (Zebra), Legion, WorkJam.
- Working knowledge of database design and business intelligence tools for the purpose of documenting and communicating requirements
- Preferred: PMP certification
- Experience with WFM platforms/timekeeping and scheduling platforms
