GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a

CRM Technical Analystin the

Carlisle, PAarea.

Position Overview

The CRM Technical Analyst position will work closely with sales, customer service, and other stakeholders to collect detailed requirements and implement design changes. This position will implement out-of-the-box and custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and provide expert-level support for operational problem resolution. The CRM Technical Analyst will work on cross-functional teams and independently to drive outcomes to meet the business needs across CRM platforms and integrations. Excellent communications skills and a positive customer service-oriented attitude are required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively work with the CRM team and business to work with Out-of-the-box and/or develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Enforce best practices in using MS Dynamics CRM and work with Businesses to correct
  • Create and maintain business process flows, power automate power apps, plugins
  • Develop dashboards, views, and charts within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI
  • Systems design, implementation, and support for building processes, configuration, development, testing, and documentation for the CRM application
  • Develop dashboards, views, and charts.
  • Develop and support data integration involving MS Dynamics and other data sources
  • Troubleshoot business issues as they arise; understand business requirements and provide time estimates to complete assignments
  • Ability to propose, implement and maintain a platform with the ever-changing Microsoft landscape

Minimum Qualifications

  • CRM - Microsoft Dynamics 365 is what they will be supporting
  • Interacting with business; customer service, sales, marketing
  • Gather requirements and propose a solution that is best practice in CRM.
  • Support existing customized solutions.
  • Most are customized and will include heavy coding based on java, and C#.
  • If we need to make changes, this person will be able to jump in and work on this.
  • Integration with SAP system, the data flows into CRM by a MuleSoft integrator.
  • Someone who can work with CRM plug-ins will be important.
  • Able to work with the MuleSoft team as needed.
  • Developing dashboards and working on reports in CRM.
  • Coming up with a security model for the company, due to multiple hierarchical structures

Preferred Experience
  • 5 or more years Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • 5 or more years of Java experience
  • 5 or more years of C# experience
