Job Description

The role of theFloater position will be to support the production team by providing proficient coverage in any position where at team member is absent or there is a vacancy that needs to be temporarily filled while a permanent placement is being sought. TheFloater’s daily assignment will be at the discretion of the Department Supervisor and/or Team Lead based on daily attendance.

The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate the flexibility and eagerness to want to learn and develop as a leader while supporting the Team overall.
