Position Title: Analyst IV SystemsPosition Location: Carlisle, PA

Position Summary:This position supports the Manager of Business Services in the overall operation and administration of Infrastructure Portfolio and BAU Planning & Reporting processes. Establish strategy, processes, and timelines to enable the accurate, timely, administration of contracts and budgets, forecasts, and actual results. Work closely with Finance and VMO departments to ensure compliance with RBS processes and procedures. Ensure that the functions are performed in accordance to established policies and procedures. Ensure timely reporting of results (plans & actuals) and analytical deliverables. Partner with the Manager of Business Services to review strategy, and proactively identify, analyze and interpret business performance drivers and opportunities for improvements in both the Portfolio Projects & On-Going Operations areas, assessing contracts and finances. Identify, resolve and escalate issues as needed. Work collaboratively with partners in IT, business areas and vendors in understanding, and enhancing business requirements. Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions in support of our current, and future business needs. Produce list of deliverables, cost estimates and time estimates related to the assigned project(s) to assist with effective project/initiative management. Interfaces with support teams, internal or external, to ensure business and technical issues with infrastructure are resolved timely and effectively.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:• Establish strategy, implement and manage processes for Infrastructure Portfolio and BAU run operations, including Telecom and Network Managed Serviceso Identify annual infrastructure budget and contracts (Portfolio and BAU) o Establish strategy, processes and procedureso Implement consistency throughout the Business Services teamo Determine timelines for deliverables and reportingo Enable transparency in budget statuso Maintain financial model and submission templateso Manage consolidation of resultso Research plans and actuals, interpret trendso Provide support in identifying, researching, and resolving issueso Prepare and deliver financial and contract briefs for the Infrastructure Portfolio and BAU run areas, including Telecom and Network Managed Serviceso Manage interaction with RBS Infrastructure vendorso Analyze vendor performance in relation to contract and financial goalso Provide support in identifying, researching, and resolving issueso Look for improvement opportunities in vendor partner relationships• Work with key stakeholders (Infrastructure Directors, Infrastructure VPs, Finance Team, VMO, other IT leadership) to provide a clear understanding of results, with key drivers of performance, and actionable insightso Analysis of actual results against Portfolio and BAU goals (budget, forecast, and prior year)o Analysis of Portfolio project and vendor contract/SOW status and associated financialso Demonstrate a deep understanding of the critical issues and opportunities within all areaso Define key focus areas for the period and work with leadership to obtain necessary inputso Prepare Portfolio Financial/Contract Review material and supplemental information• Work closely with Finance and VMO departments to ensure compliance with RBS processes and procedures• Address ad-hoc questions from Infrastructure Directors/VP, Finance, Banner and IT Leadership• Vendor Managemento Manage tactical relationships with vendors to deliver solutions. Optimize operational excellence of Suppliers. Manage operational supplier performance on IT services deliveredo Escalation point towards supplier on operational services deliveredo Ensure level of efforts are acceptable, SOW's are complete and properly represent the requested work, proper skillsets are applied and time reported is accurate and appropriate• Leadershipo Inspire the Business Services team from a technical (vs. department operational) standpointo Partner with Infrastructure management team to establish and support a high performance, service oriented culture that enables the operating unit/Ahold Delhaize to drive sales growth and productivity performance across the organization.o Drive the Ahold Delhaize IT Agenda and Priorities, encourage people to engage with retail business process and think about how IT can be used to make Ahold Delhaize more competitiveo Implement the Ahold Delhaize standards of performance, recognize great performance, coach constructively on under-performanceo Maintain a high level of individual contribution, professional growth and ability to function effectively and independently, challenge others to do the same. Requirements Basic Qualifications:• Associate's, Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

Experience:Experience will be evaluated as a combination of education, job experiences and recent growth and performance.• 8+ years • Financial Systems • Contract Methodologies• Coupa, Cook• Tangoe• Microsoft O365 online productivity tool suite (Core Office components, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, etc.)

Knowledge:• Financial and Contract methodologies• Strong understanding of accounting principles• Experience with complex financial portfolios• Ability to review and interpret contracts
