Compliance Attorney needed for a 6 mth in Center Valley PA. Remote until Covid Qualifications:Skills required• Substantial experience in advising health care and medical technology requirements in FDA regulatory matters regarding promotional review, off-label use and similar FDA regulatory matters• Good written and verbal communication skills• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Responsibilities:To provide FDA promotional review support to the client in order to meet its goals/objectives in delivering compliant promotional information to further potential business outcomes.The Role is to support the Company’s MLR’s function through timely and proactive review of promotional materials.• Work cross functionally with various departments to meet business objectives.• Provide legal advice and assistance related to commercial programs, including patient assistance, marketing programs and promotional campaigns in line with laws and policies,• Stay abreast of changes in laws that affect client areas in areas of marketing programs and promotional campaigns
