We are seeking a professional team leader with more than 5 years of dedicated Trucking Industry experience to run our Chambersburg terminal. You would be responsible for customer relations as well as driver needs with direct P&L Responsibility, administrative , direct team & dispatch supervision , monitoring operations and making sure everything runs as smooth as possible. Our customer's satisfaction is always our ultimate goal with on time loads, and timely backhauls so knowing when and how to think outside of the box is paramount to our success as well as keeping our drivers happy and rolling.

Serious inquiries only please, qualified applicants should have a minimum of 5 years Dispatch or equivalent supervisory role within a dedicated trucking company.Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledge of TMW, Peoplenet, or other dispatch software and electronic logging devices is a big plus but not entirely necessary for qualification.Must be computer proficient with a working knowledge of Microsoft office software for spread sheets and P&L reporting.Applicants should have a thorough understanding of DOT hours of service rules and regulations pertaining to the trucking industry.
Salary will be determined at interview based on qualifications and experience, knowledge of the industry and extremely fair to all qualified individuals.
