Job Description

We are looking for a detail oriented quality coordinator to support the quality systems required to meet shipment deadlines for our customers and coordinate internal and external audits.

What will you do?

Customer Quality Requirements:

  • Provide quality certificates, test reports, and manage testing for various customer and country requirements.
  • Maintain certification records and reports and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.

Internal/External Audit Process:

  • Planning of, and managing the customer required audits of our facilities and sourced goods facilities for code of conduct and quality systems.
  • Conduct BMS audits as necessary across the company.

Customer Quality Systems Administration:

  • Work with Corporate Sales teams, New Product Development teams and Regulatory Compliance Engineer to support the quality systems required to meet the shipment deadlines.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the customer and testing labs with support from international personnel and domestic manufacturing to meet customer requirements.

QMS:

  • Support QMS improvements, the documentation system, and audits across the business.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the Corporate Quality Department and QMSSectionof the documentation system.
  • Corrective Action Process.

CSI:

  • Assist with the Cost, Savings & Improvementprogram administration.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in related field and/or work experience,BachelorsDegree a plus
  • 3-5years experience
  • Experience with ISO9001
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
