Job Description

As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day execution and end-to-end optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the governance of marketing processes, while overseeing and maintaining the health, connectivity and efficiency of our MarTech stack. You will partner with cross-departmental teams to translate marketing strategies into holistic and highly effective and measurable campaigns that meet critical KPIs.

About the Day to Day Responsibilities

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: You will be a core part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative marketing team. You will work with key stakeholders across multiple departments, including Salesforce admin, sales, customer success, and support teams. You know how to manage competing priorities, set and manage expectations and do so with a positive win-as-a-team attitude.

Organization and Prioritization: You will always have more to do than you can realistically get done, so you will need to decisively prioritize projects, manage expectations, and provide status updates to your stakeholders. You know how to work across multiple systems, prioritize workload, and deliver against critical timelines.

Campaign Automation and Optimization: You will work with marketing team leaders and other key stakeholders to understand, inform and help translate marketing strategies into highly effective automated marketing campaigns. You will oversee and analyze all stages of our lead gen funnel from our website to paid media, leveraging data-driven insights to help identify what’s working, what isn’t, and ways to continuously optimize across channels and programs.

Account-based Marketing: You will be the technical and operational lead for our ABM programs, and you will be the principal role in building capabilities and optimizing our ABM tech stack. You know how to establish and advise teams on scaleable best practices, and execute supporting campaigns in channels like email, digital display and chat.

Vendor Management: You’re responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with many of our key marketing technology vendors—keeping internal teams well informed of status and dependencies. You know how to keep the trains running smoothly, while always looking for ways to get the most out of our technology investments.

Performance Reporting: You will build the foundational reports that marketing uses to track campaigns, leads, and opportunity. You know how to communicate those findings to marketing leadership, and share key results with the rest of the marketing team so everyone is regularly informed of how we are tracking against goals.

Contact Database Management: You are responsible for maintaining our marketing contact database, working closely with our Salesforce.com CRM admin and other key stakeholders. You know how to find innovative ways to grow our contact database and maintain the health of the contacts already in the database.
