We offer a wide range of programs; therapeutic foster care, CRR Host Home Programming, Behavioral Health Services, Case Management and services for programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex conditions.Clinical Coordinator - Therapeutic Foster Care Therapist Do you have experience in working with individuals with mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities? Bring your clinical skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first. As the Clinical Coordinator, you will advance the company’s mission of providing quality service by facilitating and providing therapeutic services and providing case management.Provide therapeutic services and case management to an assigned individual caseload. Assess and treat referred individuals and lead development, coordination, and evaluation of service plan in conjunction with treatment team, funding source, and key stakeholders.

Therapeutic services include weekly individual/ family therapy, trauma education, clinical strategies and interventions to families, work in conjunction with the psychiatrist to meet mental health needs of the children and youth we serve. Crisis intervention and management also included.

Maintain current and complete records in accordance with corporate, contractual, and regulatory standards.

Provide ongoing monitoring and consultation to mentors regarding implementation of service plan, including pre-service introduction and continuing education.

Assist with legal, licensing, regulatory and certification activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in human services

Two years of related experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health issues.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.

Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.

Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services.
