IT Operations AnalystPittsburgh, PA2+ year ContractContract Rate: $25.00 - $32.50per hrJob Description:Our client in in the logistics space is growing rapidly, even tripling in size as quickly and as responsibly as possible. They are looking to build a solid organization with dedicated personnel, willing to do a variety of duties as they grow across their offices and beyond. This specific position will be replacing a teammate that was promoted from within and will help the team by taking on the day-to-day operations, while leadership completes plans to grow and achieve their future goals. This role will allow for quick advancement as the company grows.Required Skills:- Several years of experience within Customer Service, Windows 10 Support and Tickets (open, fill, close)
- Several years working with TCP/IP and VPN, with ITIL Framework
- Web based application experience with Office/365 troubleshooting
- Management of Microsoft SharePoint required
- Required experience with computer hardware/configuring and troubleshooting local/network printers
- Experience with problem solving, by determining to document, escalate, ect.
- Experience with flowchart and diagrams
- Provide reference for internal users by writing documentation, offering support, and helping resolve IT-related issues.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Bachelor's degree in the following areas: Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, Business Management, Finance or Engineering.
- Security Systems knowledge
- Intune with PowerShell and/or AzureAD experience is a plus.
- Experience with phone administration would be helpful.
