  • At least 5 years of experience as a product manager in the digital consumer product space.
  • 4 years of a bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to understand and develop product performance & consumer satisfaction metrics and translate this understanding into tangible initiative and an effective product roadmap.
  • Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders in the planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives. In this case with Global Operations, Legal, and Compliance partners.
  • Ability to understand business and technology ecosystems, translate strategies into initiatives, create business cases for potential opportunities, advocate for investment priorities, and drive collaboration and consensus.
  • Experience in defining features, detailed feature requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working with UX/UI teams to create designs and prototypes, also support consumer research to validate these designs
  • Working experience in agile / SAFe environment. Experience coordinating work across multiple Agile Programs is preferred.
  • Experience managing and developing team members. For this role you will manage the Aligned Regulatory Product Owner (Agile).
We'd Love to See:
  • Experience in credit or financial industry is recommended but not a must.
  • Experience in highly regulated and/or litigious environments is recommended but not a must.
Impact You'll Make:
  • You will own creating and improving digital products that empower consumers to easily accomplish their regulatory tasks - whether that is to understand or take action.
  • You will assure these products comply with a continuously evolving set of Legal and Compliance requirements.
  • First 90 days: In partnership with the Regulatory Products Team and Key stakeholders you will become familiar with our products and processes. You will be expected to understand the features in your teams backlog and provide the guidance the team needs to execute on these features.
  • Beyond 90 days you will continue deepening your understanding of our products, our regulatory environment, and our operational business to develop, evolve and execute our product roadmap. You will integrate the roadmap initiatives into our Consumer Solutions and Consumer Operations SAFe processes - and perform all of the responsibilities of a SAFe product manager. This includes writing features that include benefit hypotheses, outcome hypotheses, and acceptance criteria.
  • Your responsibilities will include understanding and interpreting the asks from the Business, Legal, and Compliance Stakeholders and translating them into features that the agile teams can execute.
