ESTIMATOR - FLOORING COMPANY - PART TIME position available servicing the ERIE area and surrounding market (30 mile radius). Position will be available starting within 30 days (approximate date)
PART TIME - $400 - $600 per week

Ideal candidate: Someone who has interest in both Construction and Technology. Someone who is partially retired and wants some low stress part time work. Someone who has part time work with U B E R or LYFT or DoorDash and wants career based supplemental income

Our company has been in business nearly 20 years. We are a residential flooring installation contractor.
W4 Pay is $60-$70 per measure depending upon location/job details (+ additional pay for travel for distant measures or large complicated measures - will discuss details). Direct deposit weekly pay, + Bonus $25 per measure for any measure you complete that turns into a sold job (based upon minimum closing rate percentage of sold jobs).
This market will generate probably 4-7 measures per week on average
Customer info already in our online portal system (you need to check system daily for new measures)
ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking to hire a person who is serious and who wants a long-term position. They will drive their own reliable vehicle to residential homes in their designated territory, measure the rooms the customer wants measured, create a diagram, take photos, and input calculations into our system.
Average measure takes about 2 hours (driving, the actual measure, data calculations and input into company system). All paperwork must be completed and sent the same day.
You will be trained and coached to help you succeed with our company. You must bring enthusiasm, a teachable attitude, and a willingness to learn new things. We will provide you with some of the tools you will need and daily training until you are proficient and competent. All necessary tools provided by us.
This is a home-based job. With your home computer, you will go from your home directly to customer’s homes. You will meet new people, briefly answer questions, and take good notes.

You can measure a whole house in under an hour
You understand how houses “go together”
You can diagram a home on grid paper, easily.
You can see a missing area and find a “forgotten closet”.
You are comfortable in homes that are under construction.
You understand photo-documentation.
You are thorough; you do the job till it’s done.
