We have an immediate long term contractual opportunity in Erie, PA (Initially Remote) for a position of Business Analyst. The successful candidate must have strong professional experience in developing work flows and diagrams using modeling techniques. Draws process maps and documents processes for critical business processes as well as develop project artifacts such as User stories, business requirement document (BRD), functional specification document (FSD), user case diagrams and Issue Logs. The candidate should be able to understand customer requirements through JAD sessions, interviews, document reviews and workflow analysis.
