QA Automation Engineer

Location: Erie, PA - Hybrid Model

Must have Real-time Selenium Testing Experience

Job Description: Work on Test Automation strategy/plan Effort & resource estimations and scope for automation Automation test scripts development and execution performed through different available tools like Selenium, SOAP UI and TestNG. Showcase ROI of automation and evangelize benefits of automation to increase automation footprint across Enterprise level. Perform project execution in a global delivery model, client management, and project & team management for delivery of projects using various methodologies (Iterative, Waterfall and Agile). Perform Defect management (using HP QC) ,project management tool, defect triage, capturing & presenting test metrics, status reporting, ensuring compliance on QA processes and implementation of best practices to comply with industry standards. Develop and maintain test suites in a CI environment and help drive the approach for integrating different test suites into various CI stages. Develop and utilize new tools to assist in automation efforts through the development process as well as provide guidance on industry standard tools and help select new tools and technologies to improve our automation process Delivers scripts, test data and track defects along with identifying automated testing framework errors and fixing any framework issues Mandatory Skills: Eclipse IDE, Maven, Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Selenium RC, Testing Automation – Docker, Testing Automation – TestNG, Testing Automation – Junit, Testing Automation Debugging Tool- Xpath, Testing Automation CI/CD – Jenkins, SOAP UI, REST API, XML and XSD Experience on TDD and BDD frameworksGood communication skills Good Analytical skills Experience working in Agile and sprint automationExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
