Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Controlling and monitoring expenses for the unit, including recommending budget adjustments to meet changing priorities or resource availability;
Ensuring payment of all invoices and reconciling charges made;
Creating travel authorizations and vouchers;
Preparing hiring packages for delivery to human resources staff
Writing reports, correspondence and other documents using proper English grammar, spelling, and syntax
Track and process incoming payments
Invoice reconciliation
Receive and distribute communications
Scan/copy invoices and other paperwork
Collect and mail correspondence
Travel Required
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position 1- 3 nights per month.
Schedule can potentially be flexible for the right candidate.
Skills/Qualifications:
Office/clerical experience - general, scheduling, telephone, typing, documentation, verbal and written communication, dependability, attention to detail.
