Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a
Level 2 Operations Engineer for a full time role for a client in Flourtown, PA. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully. Must Have: - 3+ years of relevant experience in IT service management (ITSM) roles including process design, execution and continual improvement
- At least 5 years of experience in performing ITIL Services Management on various project
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
- Experience in Service Management activities, including Change/ Incident/ Request/ Problem
- Experience in Public sector, monitoring and reporting on SLA compliance, Process Manager and/or Service Owner
- Experience in managing continual service improvement activities
- Experience in supervising with ITSM support, asset management and command and control support and major incident management, escalation and communication
