Business Process Analyst, Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, 16066 (REMOTE ROLE)

Kelly Services is seeking a Business Process Improvement consultant with Lean 6 Sigma experience for one of our top clients in Cranberry Township, PA.

Length: 03/22/2021 to 05/02/2021 (Contract W2- Possibility of extension) Type: Contract W2-There is no "per diem" with this position. There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position. Pay Rate: $/hr. (W2) Interview Process: Virtual 1 Round Panel

Responsibilities:
  • Analysis, review, and improvement of existing business processes. This is done by mapping out the business process, identifying inefficiencies, redesigning the process & benchmarking to initial metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT/Business projects
  • IT knowledge is a good thing to have
  • Sales systems knowledge
  • Problem solving - it will require a lot of challenges to be overcome
  • BPI yellow belt or Black belt preferred
  • Ability to handle/manipulate large data blocks to extract meaningful information
  • Critical point will be sales or sales operational process improvement, we are not looking for supply chain process improvement (which is usually more common)
