Purpose:The Senior Financial Analyst will remotely assist in monitoring the financial performance for Adaptive Health, a leader in the health and wellness space with a full portfolio of scientifically formulated nutritional health brands, located in Charlotte, NC and Bethesda, MD. This role will aid in providing accurate forecasts, timely and accurate reporting, and relevant analytics for the Adaptive Health division.The position will reside in Fort Washington, PA with both the Nutrisystem FP&A team and the Enterprise head of FP&A. Together with Nutrisystem, Adaptive Health is part of Wellful Inc., a leading health and wellness company.Responsibilities:• Assist with the budgeting, financial planning, and reporting of related operational metrics at both the product level and on a consolidated basis• Assist with the timely preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports for the Adaptive Health division• Research variances to budget and forecast through detailed operational metrics and explain differences by bridging to the actual results• Perform analyses proactively to explain differences in trends and estimates, as well as significant changes from expectations• Provide business support and consolidation for the various health brands in the Adaptive Health portfolio• Partner with other finance team members to support business leaders to better understand the company’s financial performance• Aid in the development of profitability models to analyze different categories of the business• Support the design, execution, and use of reporting automation opportunities• Supports ad-hoc projects as required as they relate to the assigned area of responsibilities

Qualifications/Skills:• Bachelor’s degree required• 8-10 years of FP&A experience• Strong experience with Microsoft tools (eg. Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with BI reporting tools. Financial modeling in excel a strong plus.• Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting time sensitive deadlines• Skilled in synthesizing large amounts of data, develop high quality analytics and communicate clearly and concisely to different audiences• Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes, self-starter• Strong communicator, works well cross-functionally, ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet demands required to support budget and forecasting cadence
