Location: Fort Washington, PA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Document Management Systems Analyst
The primary focus will be on owning and supporting our document management\imaging system (XDOC) and its numerous system integrations, while helping the team to deliver the best solutions using the latest Agile methodologies. This includes a separate OCR product. This role analyzes the need\issue, defines the best solution, and facilitates the successful implementation of complex solutions through hands-on work, interfacing with all appropriate resources and creating other materials to support the process.- Strong familiarity with Document Management\Imaging Systems
- Strong familiarity with OCR products
- Capable of designing, documenting, and supporting integrations between our document management systems and other systems.
- Familiar with Agile best practices and using Jira to promote those best practices
- Works closely with Agile Coach and Scrum Masters to organize and plan the best approach to the project and guides the business and IT in achieving the best solution including management of complex projects with multiple points of integration and risks
- Troubleshoot issues, communicate with business owners and continue to improve support processes
- Fast learner who easily masters technical systems and processes.
- Understands organizational and business functions and make sound decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum (3) years' of related experience
- Experience in the mortgage industry a plus
