The initial focus of the role is outlined below, but the role could include or shift to other aspects of marketing in the future.We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, US Oncology Health Care Professional (HCP) Marketing role. This position will be responsible for the HCP marketing strategy and execution for launches across multiple indications. The position will be based in Upper Gwynedd, PA but can operate from anywhere in the US and will report to the Tumor Lead for Prostate Cancer.This is a pivotal role and will help build a strong launch readiness platform to accelerate launch uptake across multiple indications. This position will require outstanding leadership in many different areas including Health Care Professional marketing strategy, go-to-market launch planning, counter-competition, launch execution excellence, digital promotion, and cross-functional/ agencies collaboration.Primary Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:Lead the development and execution of launch plan/ tactics to accelerate launch uptake

Refine and enhance the Health Care Professional (HCP) go-to-market plan and launch tactics

Partner with sales training and sales/ field facing teams to drive successful field execution in support of launches

Primary brand marketing contact/ partner for field team discussions/ communications (e.g., FIT teams, marketing meet ups, district meetings, national sales meeting, launch webcasts)

Monitor & track field execution metrics against goals across all customer facing teams and seek opportunities to optimize field team effectiveness

Lead field execution projects including executing segmentation, flags, next best engagement, etc.

Partner with market research, CI and analytics team to generate key insights and further enhance the launch execution plan

Monitor, analyze, and synthesize key market dynamics in the rapidly evolving Prostate cancer landscape

Develop counter-competitive strategies/ plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies

Partner with Digital Promotions team to develop new assets and innovative digital strategy, and engagement plans

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to prioritize work and facilitate internal resource trade-offs as needed, e.g. budget, MLR review time

Escalate issues that represent significant barriers to execution and/or business impact

Challenge status quo and gain sponsorship/ support within the company to address gaps.

Preferred: Master's degree

Required Experience and Skills:5 years' pharmaceutical/ biotech experience OR brand marketing/sales experience in any industry

Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing and/or sales experience

Focused mindset on customer experience

Strong interpersonal/negotiation, relationship building, and ability to influence within and across organizations

Strong problem solving, teamwork, project management and written/ verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills and demonstrated successful marketing and/or sales execution in highly competitive market

Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams and multiple agency partners

Requires up to 20% travel, including some weekends

Preferred Experience and Skills:Direct customer experience (sales, sales leadership, etc.)

Experience working in Prostate cancer

Launch experience with new products/indications

Test-and-learn mindset to drive a culture of innovation
