Summary, Focus and Purpose

The Associate Financial Planning & Analysis Director will be the finance lead for the Vence team within Our Company Animal Health Division. You will report to both the unit's leadership as well as the whole finance team within Animal Health.

Key Functions

Working through any issues encountered with our upcoming 'go-live' on NetSuite and utilizing it as a core reporting tool for Vence

Handling month end closes and cash needs

Refining of budge processes and conduct monthly budget variance analysis

Responsible for the management of A/R & A/P

Development and implementation of strategies to improve current and future accounting/finance practices

Management of inventory analysis

Handling of accounting and finance related requests from the parent company's finance department

Presentation of financial results to various stakeholders

Education

Required | Bachelor degree

Preferred| Bachelor degree in finance/accounting

Required

At least 7 years of relevant work experience

Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning software (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
