Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook is seeking a Compensation Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical and operational experience to work on systems-related business needs that support the Compensation Team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help develop and maintain tools to provide data and analytics to the greater Compensation team.Required Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional owners, regions, HR Technology, and engineering) to support strategic initiatives by applying systems knowledge, identifying opportunities, and developing or enhancing compensation systems.

Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods, and provide consultation and subject matter expertise on compensation data.

Utilize knowledge of Workday, BI Tools, relational databases, and Excel to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics. In addition to, monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.

Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting.

Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline our processes.

Support results by providing data to measure key operational metrics.

Manage the intake of ad-hoc reporting requests.

Support the group with system reporting, audits, security administration, data loads, data warehouse reporting, and SharePoint administration.

Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.

4+ years of experience in compensation, finance, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly applicable field.

Systems experience, database knowledge, and reporting experience.

Experience with data analysis, business analysis, communication and collaboration.

Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards using BI Tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Cognos or other similar data visualization tools strongly preferred.
