Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Director, US Oncology Consumer Marketing, Lung and Women’s Cancers to work on an immunotherapy product that is currently approved for use in the treatment of numerous cancers and has an active program in place to expand into many more. This position will oversee a team responsible for developing and executing end-to-end patient strategies for current and expanding indications in lung, breast and gynecological cancers. This candidate will need to display outstanding leadership in many areas, including marketing fundamentals, strategic thinking, problem solving, relationship building and agility to work successfully in fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The position will report to the Executive Director, US Oncology Consumer Pan Tumor Marketing.Experience and Responsibilities:The ability to manage multiple tumors at different stages of lifecycle, leading today’s business, while preparing for future opportunities

Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of consumer marketing and engagement plans throughout the patient journey across a portfolio of indications

Expertise in all consumer marketing channels with a strong emphasis on digital, social and multicultural media strategy and execution

Experience in building patient education, support and adherence strategies that drive impactful behavior change across the patient journey

Expertise in media measurement and analytics to make recommendations for optimization

Experience in and passion for leading Heath Equity/SDoH initiatives

Recognize and recommend market research needs to uncover insights to support strategy development

Strong understanding of the oncology competitive landscape with the ability to foresee and predict market trends

Experience managing promotional budgets and making investment decisions to maximize consumer awareness, activation and adherence

Responsible for overseeing the brand planning process across the team

Skills:Strong collaboration skills including influencing without authority

Strong relationship builder who can establish critical connections within the Consumer and HCP marketing teams, other cross functional areas such as Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Promotions and Global Communications and joint venture partners

Ability to work in ambiguous situations, working outside existing processes or structures to overcome challenges

Test and learn mindset to drive culture of innovation; committed to applying agile values, principles and practices

Strong people management skills including coaching, and career development

Education:Required: Bachelor's degree

Preferred: Master's degree (MBA)

Required Experience:Minimum of 10 years pharmaceutical and/or consumer product goods marketing experience

Demonstrated leadership and experience in Consumer Marketing

Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills

Requires approximately 10-20 % travel

Preferred Experience:Product/Indication launch experience

Experience in the “Agile” framework

Oncology marketing experience
