Title: Investment Services Group AssociateLocation: Harrisburg, PA (Remote)Compensation: $18-$22/hrWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US Job Description:
- Assist in on-boarding of new clients
- Read/Interpret new or updated client investment policy statements
- Complete necessary forms/documents
- Assist settlements team with security trades, investigation, and resolution of any inconsistencies across multiple platforms
- Assist with various task throughout the Investment Services Group
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work well under deadline pressure
- Experience with any portfolio compliance monitoring system (Bloomberg AIM) a plus
- Ability to work well under deadline pressure
- Strong accuracy aptitude and detail orientation
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience in asset management/ financial services/ banking industries
- Experience with any portfolio compliance monitoring system (Bloomberg AIM) a plus
