IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Demonstrable experience in large-scale IT projects in a number of (minimum two) government and commercial environments in Commercially available ERP systems, transaction processing and financial systems.
  • Demonstrable experience performing IV&V activities on large-scale IT projects in government environments or similar services to the commercial sector.
  • Demonstrable experience with Systems Development, including financial system integration, and IV&V methodologies and best practices.
  • Extensive experience in providing independent and objective third-party reviews of projects with the intent of protecting the state's interests.
  • Experience in conducting IV&V to provide documented evaluations and assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Expertise in the review and analysis of the artifacts and deliverables to evaluate the effectiveness of project management and systems development processes, methodologies, and execution.
  • Experience with industry standard best practices and methodology in risk and issue analysis and management.
  • Development. Proficiency in providing guidance related to financial systems, ERP systems and transaction processing implementation projects and training related to industry-standard best practices and methodologies in Project management and systems.
  • Experience with industry-standard best practices regarding quality principles and techniques.
