What You’ll Be Doing:What You’ll Be Doing:The Supervisor, Customer Service, Utilization Management, is responsible for day to day oversight of New Century Health’s staff operations by ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role is responsible for creating workflows, assigning tasks, monitoring the performance of non-clinical operations staff to ensure consistent deliverance of quality and productivity expectations, and addressing issues as needed. The Supervisor, Customer Service, Utilizations Management will review Utilization Management daily performance reports to ensure all service level agreements are met and that regulatory requirements are attained and routinely assists with implementing contractual requirements, new procedures, and resolving operational problems. The individual in this role will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in all essential duties and responsibilities of the non-clinical operations staff, NCH systems, client contractual agreements and Utilization Management policies and procedures; as well as have a working knowledge of HR policies and practices.The Experience You’ll Need (Required):

Minimum High School Diploma/GED

Minimum 3 years’ experience in call center environment, healthcare, or pharmacy setting + minimum 2 years’ experience in leadership/supervisory role or relevant demonstrated work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Team oriented and ability to develop employees

Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly variable work environment with an advanced level of attention to detail

Ability to effectively manage conflict, resolve issues and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

Familiarity with medical terminology, insurances and healthcare medical coding system (HCPCS)

Self-motivated, self-directed and responsible with a positive attitude and proactive style

LVN/LPN Licensure
