Home 231, in the heart of Midtown Harrisburg, a local concept restaurant is looking for full time servers.
What we are looking for:
Applicant must have AT LEAST 1 years of upscale dining experience.
An outgoing personality.
Having a keen sense for anticipation of the next steps - ie. entree plates are being cleared, fresh silver is ready to go. Water glass is half empty - be ready to refill without asking. Never letting a wine glass go empty.
Being respectful and conscious of service in an intimate setting.
A willingness to learn along with excitement and respect for the industry.
Your own reliable transportation.
Prompt arrival for call times.
Proficiency in restaurant POS Systems
Experience and keeping up on current trends in food & beverage.
