Carpenter/Drywall Finisher
Very busy home remodeling contractor seeking a carpenter/drywall finisher to join the team. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and all residential remodeling.

This is a 1099 position. Pay will be based on knowledge and experience.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation, own basic tools, strong work ethic, and good attitude. Must be professional and on-time.
Must be able to efficiently work alone and produce a consistently excellent product.
Do to the physical nature of the job you must be able to lift 50lbs. (Lumber, drywall, mortar, cabinets, and other heavy materials we have to lift and maneuver on a steady basis)
Must be proficient in the following areas of construction
1. Drywall hanging and finishing
2. Framing
3. Painting
4. Trim work
5. Cabinet installation
6. Door and hardware installation
7. Light electrical and plumbing experience would be a plus, but is not required
8. Tile installation experience would be a plus, but is not required
