Transformation Manager-Digital, Pittsburgh, PA

Kelly Services is seeking a Project Manager responsible for leading the successful delivery of digital programs (large, complex products). Responsible for the planning and governance of the program/product from the build to the implementation/adoption internally or externally (in market) for one of our top clients in Pittsburgh, PA.

Length: 1 Year(Contract W2)- (Possibility to extend or convert) Type: Contract W2-There is no "per diem" with this position. There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position. Pay Rate: $negotiable/hr. (W2)

Position Summary

Lead large, cross functional teams through complex global, digital programs (run in agile/lean manner) that span across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead, strategize, to find innovative ways to solve complex problems, advance operational excellence, and be an expert in program governance, coordination and delegation.

Digital team is leading company and the industry through an evolution in company business strategies and structure - to capture opportunities enabled by digital technologies and provide amazing customer experiences while unlocking new revenue streams and reaching new customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and define the governance model for digital programs (that are global and span across multiple SBU's). Includes governance at an executive leadership level (i.e. monthly steering meetings)
  • Deliver strong and effective cross functional team and executive level communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment
  • Lead and positively influence the cross functional team which includes company teams (geographically distributed members which could span multiple SBU's) and external strategic partners
  • Hold the teams accountable for accomplishing key milestones by encouraging communication and collaboration, resolving conflict and demonstrating leadership
  • Anticipate obstacles or risks and solve complex problems to ensure that program deliverables are delivered on schedule and meet financial goals
  • Collaborate with Digital operations teams (across company business units) to drive activation and adoption of digital solutions in order to drive financial impact. Hold teams accountable to meet key milestones and financial goals
  • Identify required process changes within the company to help to foster implementation and adoption of digital products and lead implementation of the changes
  • Manage initiative budget and track resources time
  • Manage complex interdependencies and resources across the program
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience deploying and delivering complex solutions (within an Agile/Lean environment)
  • Experienced with large scale, global or multi-regional programs/projects
  • Previously served as program or project manager on AI/ML initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including executive leadership
  • Ability to manage conflict and to find innovative ways to solve complex problems with limited oversight; anticipates obstacles and plans for contingencies
  • Ability to lead and positively influence a large cross functional team, including resources from external vendors/strategic partners
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership/program sponsors
  • Experienced with geographically distributed team with global delivery model

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Preference that candidate be located in Pittsburgh. During COVID, can work remotely, but willing to travel to Pittsburgh per business needs
  • Experience with tools like Azure Devops
