Primary Care Provider - MD or DO

Supported by a skilled, interdisciplinary team, you’ll be part of a mission-driven program dedicated to helping seniors live independently, with dignity, and with the highest possible quality of life.Provides comprehensive primary care services to Albright LIFE participants.Ensures ongoing coverage and continuity; coordinates with other LIFE providers for on call coverage and participates in that coverage as needed.Acts as medical liaison between LIFE program and others in the medical community (i.e. primary physician groups (attending), specialists and hospital staff); promotes discussions regarding medications, treatments, discharge and alternative regimens.Ensures compliance with LIFE provider regulations as they pertain to medical/clinical components.Compassion, patience, and genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
