Help Desk Support Onsite role (No remote option) Hogestown, PA 17050 Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ Years: Experience with PC hardware performing installations, configurations and troubleshooting
  • College degree or equivalent technical study
  • Knowledge of Windows deployment tools and other specialized software used to create and automate images
  • Experience in building and deploying an image utilizing software applications
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and short timelines
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to lift and or maneuver IT hardware up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge in hardware configurations, server and mainframe connections, and troubleshooting LAN and WAN connectivity issues
  • Experience installing anti-virus software programs and runs anti-virus software programs to detect and eliminate computer viruses upon detection by McAfee or FireEye software
