Piper Companies is looking for a DevOps Engineer in Horsham, PA (100% Remote) for a leading Mortgage solutions company.
Responsibilities for the DevOps Engineer include: • Experienced AWS cloud engineer working in tandem with our engineering teams to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company. • help modernize and consolidate Infrastructure as well as automate workloads. • The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AWS with expertise in both design and deployment. • Extensive knowledge of Terraform as means to provision AWS resources is also highly regarded for this particular position. • Planning, designing and developing cloud-based applications. • Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines. • Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle. • Employing exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems. • Orchestrating and automating cloud-based platforms throughout the company. • Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel. Qualifications for the DevOps Engineer include: • AWS experience is a must - preferably 3 + years • Terraform • Highly Security Conscious • Automation • CI/CD • Infrastructure Design (EC2, RDS, ELB etc.) • Ability to collaborate with a team of Engineers and Operators • Strong Problem Solving capabilities • Scripting - PowerShell - desired not required.
