Job Description
As a Enterprise Integration Architect, you have the opportunity to play a key role in advancing Clean Earth’s bio migration strategy using state-of-the-art tools. The Enterprise Integration Architect plays a pivotal role in the design and analysis of software projects. The Enterprise Integration Architect creates new applications, improves existing applications, run software tests, develops product prototypes, and creates technical documents and manuals relating to application development. Serve as a technical leader, liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):- Establish design and implementation best practices to deliver scalable integration solution handling large data volumes using Kafka/Confluent Cloud and microservices.
- Build, deploy, monitor and tune Kafka solutions in the Azure Cloud.
- Work with cross-functional teams and document detailed integrations patterns as well as flows using best practices for Kafka/Confluent Cloud.
- Create detailed integration specifications, mappings and designs to support the entire integration life cycle.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, business stake holders and collaborate well within a team environment to deliver results.
- Establish deployment patterns consistent with continuous integration best practices using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders and developers to determine technical feasibility and design solutions based on Clean Earth’s platform strategy. .
- Upgrade existing architectural applications/software life cycle to ensure improvements and efficiencies.
- Maintains record of application development process and steps to preserve data for planning application use.
- Work with application development team to solve technical challenges with industry best practices.
- Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Basic Required Qualifications:- Master’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science of Information Systems
AND
- 6+ years of experience in the enterprise application domain.
- 4+ years designing and implementing complex strategic solutions using Kafka/Confluent Cloud.
- 4+ years of experience developing microservices, APIs and web services
AND
- Solid understanding of Azure cloud platform, message queuing technologies, stream processing and event driven architectures
- Experience developing with .Net and C# in Azure
- Experience with Kafka (including KSQL, Confluent tools, etc.)
- Direct experience designing web services, REST APIs, microservices and Ocelot
- Direct designing data models on SQL Server
- Experience with React JS solutions
- Mobile application design experience
- Strong knowledge of JSON and XML formats
- Direct experience with Azure Devops, Git, etc.
- Experience with clustering and high availability configurations
- Experience working on agile teams
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft technology, frameworks, solutions, and tools
- 7+ years of experience in a software engineering or architecture role in the areas of API development, integration solutions, web services, etc.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP integrations
- C Experience developing and supporting React JS solutions.
- Mobile application design experience.
- Experience with CI/CD Tools
- Coding experience in contemporary languages such as C#, Java and Python
- Experience with Avalara integrations
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with clustering and high availability configurations
- Experience with Kubernetes/Docker
- The ability to deal politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently and to manage several tasks at once to meet deadlines
