RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking a Senior level Network and Solution Architect in King of Prussia, PA.
Responsibilities: In this role, the Network Solution Architect will oversee all networking related design sessions in partnership with the managed service provider (MSP) and cross functional IT/OT areas Support IT initiatives by maintaining current and future roadmap deliverables Interact with team members to ensure application, network, and business needs are met by implementing network and security best practices Partner with MSP and OT teams to design end-to-end solutions Ensure regulatory requirements are met during the design and implementation of IT systems Determine network security requirements by adhering to global and industry security standards As a Network Solution Architect, this role will oversee technical design and oversee technical configuration for business, OT networks, and applications Conduct cross functional oversight of system environments such as network, server, cloud environment Identify the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies Translate business and technical requirements to MSP that can be incorporated into an architectural blueprint The Network Solution Architect will act as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience Palo Alto, Azure, MCSE certifications preferred At least 10 years of experience in IT Experience working in a matrixed organization Excellent leadership, written and verbal Experience supporting complex networking and security systems Strong aptitude for technical comprehension enabling rapid learning in a highly regulated environment Experience with firewall policy and configuration Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Detail oriented Able to professionally handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary functions and teams Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast growing, startup environment and ability to adapt and flex as needs require Familiarity with fundamental security concepts, across compliance, infrastructure, and application security Familiarity with cloud systemsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
