Position: SAP BPA Consultant Location: Denver, PA, Wyomissing, PA or King of Prussia, PA Duration: 12+ months atleast till the end of 2023 Rate: Open Interview: Video Our client has a new SAP BPA consultant role and they are located in Denver, PA, Wyomissing, PA and King of Prussia, PA. They really want someone somewhat local. It'll be remote work but they have a big SAP implementation coming so expect to need the person-on-site occasionally. Formal job description Business Process Analyst Essential Duties
- Facilitate cross-functional process workflow modeling, which will be the basis for process improvements
- Develop process documentation/workflows outlining current state and future state
- Identify key processes, process flows, information requirements, decision points or criteria to improve visibility and transparency. Document processes, and standard operating procedures as needed
- Create visual displays for data analysis and presentation
- Background in gas and electric utilities operations, construction, or project engineering is a must
- Experience in business process re-engineering, requirements definition, process analysis and design, workflow analysis, root cause analysis, and developing As-Is and To-Be business processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to facilitate small and large group workshops effectively, both in person and remotely
- Ability to build consensus and to work through others in achieving desired results and objectives
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and to freely give and receive feedback
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, and/or BPM a plus
