- Prepare an initial Nominal cell plan in compliance with coverage, capacity and quality standards.
- Work closely with customer personnel regarding system design, performance and optimization, recommend configuration changes.
- Provide planning, coordination as well as support drive testing including CW, benchmark, and optimization.
- Design systems by selecting sites, analyzing data, and prepare customer documentation.
- Evaluate the candidate and prepare a site walk package including lat/long, street map, surrounding macro & small cell sites and their coverage maps.
- Ensure and certify that the new location meets the required traffic offload objectives and network design criteria.
- Perform a successful coverage prediction,
- Finalize RFDS for up to 3 Small Cell candidates and update the associated HUB RFDS.
- Validate the RF Portion of the Notice to Proceed, (NTP), for the Bill of Materials, (BOM), order and equipment assignment.
- Support provisioning team as needed to resolve any technical difficulties encountered in the loading of 911 routing.
- Generate RF CIQ.
- Confirm CIQ conforms with Region/Market Recommended parameter settings.
- Generate and validate Site Configuration File, (SCF), for all planned technologies.
- Perform verification of the SCF prior to commissioning.
- Collaborate with Development team and the Fiber vendor team to resolve COP issues.
- Ensure the RF-related information in the applicable databases, , reflect the information in the Closeout Package.
